AR120-15 - as Oakley

	Physical geography

The state will be quite forested and also hilly with its maximum height being about 600-700ft. It will have many more evenly sized rivers compared to right now Oakley really just having the Grand Oak River.

The state will also have larger lakes on average then right now Oakley.

The climate would be a bit colder due to this area being more open to the ocean.

I don't know what parks have to be kept and what don't but I would keep them all as I really like their location.

	Human geography
	A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style

This part of the state would be a bit denser on the coast and less inland (mostly due to the amount of parks that I want to/have to keep).

Burton would be "revived" and become the largest city in the state.

I would also try to continue Port Mary but probably with a new name.

This area on the border would also be kept.

	History & culture
	A brief description of the intended culture and language

I really feel like it would be best to really start making history for Oakley once there is a timeline everyone agrees on.

I still like the idea of Oakley being admitted the the union around 1758-1760 though.
