| The UEAL and its founding charter (Léonville Accords) aim to develop the close relations and activities of Lutécia and Ambrosia. The union allows for near-open borders between the countries, with land borders being as simple as driving through (with an automated license-plate camera tracking system). Citizens of both countries have increased shared freedoms, such as being able to work in either country.
