This application claim for Full AR917+AR918+AR919 (In past Forum:Territory_application/AR917,_AR918,_AR919_-_Republic_of_Huaxia only approved AR919)

Also this application will exchange a small part of AR918 with AR926, can been see at this proposal: https://opengeofiction.net/changeset/1202885

This is because don't want to split a natural city into different pieces by country boundary.
