Lévionnay is one of the thirty provinces that make up the Ardencian Federation (Frenquese : Fédération ardencienne).Of intermediate size, it constitutes an important seafront, due to the many bays and river estuaries ideally located in the open sea of the Lilianes.

Geography
Location
The most of the province is located on the coast, excepted one of the four départements, which is located totally in the hinterland. It is bordered to the east and north by the province of Sainte-Agnès, to the northwest by Onatino and to the west by the province of St-Raphael.
Topography
There is three main moutains in the province : a part of the Collines des Saggamanches, traveling the whole province, the Massif de Plantemorgue, on the coast, and finally a part of the Massif du Chanceux, going to the city of St-Jean-de-Chance (Sainte-Agnès).
Population
There are two mains urban area in Lévionnay, concentrating the most of the people : the Métropole Côtière de Chamarande-Jacobville, going from St-Rigaud near to Sainte-Agnès province to Jacobville, and the Balanque urban area (not build yet).
Economy
Lévionnay isn't a very populated province, but there are many industrial places making it significant in the Ardencian Federation.
Harbours
Currently, Lévionnay have a significant harbour with oil/gas and container terminals in Chamarande, the PINC (franquese : "Port d'Intérêt National de Chamarande"), operated by the CL2P - Compagnie Lévionnaise des Ports de Plantemorgue wich is a public company administrated by the province.
A naval base is going to be build in St-Rigaud Bay, to develop Ardencian Navy's capacities.
Power plants
From more than three decades, local government of Lévionnay province decided to develop a energetic policy in order to become an important productor of energy in the Ardencian federation. In this context, several nuclear power plants have been built, including that of Milneuf (department of Plantemorgue) which hosts six nuclear fission reactors but also the first nuclear fusion reactor connected to the electricity network resulting from a collaboration between many provinces and States, Super Milneuf Fusion.
Although nuclear power already produces more electricity than the province requires, thus making it possible to export to other provinces, Lévionnay has also built large hydroelectric dams, particularly in the Massif de Plantemorgue, as well as a few additional gas plants. Electricity production is therefore diversified, controllable and carbon-free, the result of a long-term project led by the provincial government.

Attracting new industries and workers
The provincial government want to attract in the province new companies, industries and workers to develop the economy. For this, the province has many advantages such as inexpensive energy, developed transport infrastructures, to which are added tax advantages and aid for new businesses. The province is also relying on communication throughout the Ardennes federation, with the aim of making the opportunities offered known. Major communication campaigns are thus launched throughout the country, with the logo and the slogan of the province.

Départements
The province is composed of four départements, which are minor divisions. The unique role the only role of these departments is the maintenance of the secondary road network, as well as the distribution of social allowances.

The Katayans formed an early kingdom in the 8th century after a treaty was signed that united the Katayan tribes in the land. As the Kingdom of Lshming, the tribes joined the Bai Empire in the 13th century as a tributary state. The Katayans later fell under Surian control in 1623 through the Lin-Surian Wars. Kanglapo attained independence in 1808, but its early history as an independent nation-state was marked by political and socio-economic upheaval. While Kanglapo stabilised and modernised under the dictatorship of Cha Ming, his death sparked another succession crisis, leading to a communist revolution led by Tak Ning Lei.
Infrastructures
Kanglapo was one of the major participants of the War of Fellow Brothers, and actively supported Bai communists resisting the Fascist Regime. Approximately six million Katayans perished during the war. After the War, the period of dictatorship under Ming Sa Hing continued until his death. Succeeded by Li Ching Sam, Kanglapo liberalised and modernised under key socialist principles, and transformed into a technologically-advanced developed country driven by a highly educated and skilled workforce today.
