| An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. With the exception of Beginner territories, you should always create a sketch map to illustrate & explain your plans. You can add a link to this (hosted on imgBB, Postimages or similar, but not imgur.com) |
Provided is a link to a screenshot of AR033 with the general locations of most of the larger cities, including the proposed capital, as well as two main rivers and one proposed lake. https://ibb.co/27xS3pVz
Further away from the lake, especially the northern peak and western side of the region, the climate would mirror that of the surrounding territories, which would most likely be a tropical and/or desert-like climate. Closer to the southern and eastern seaboards, especially regarding the proposed Music Point and Carter Islands, the climate would be more humid and mellow. Such areas would also be more susceptible to hurricanes and other tropical storms, thus prompting infrastructure to accommodate for events of that manner.

| A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
Population Density: Roughly 9 people per square kilometer, of which 70% live in urban areas like Woodstock, Stratford, and Amberton.
Diversity: While the majority of the population is proposed to be Caucasian, there is a strong sense of multiculturalism throughout the region, especially in the capital, with the presence of all ethnic groups.
Primary Industries: While mining is proposed as the core primary industry in this region, farmland and forests are also widely seen.
Settlement Patterns: Majority of the settlement patterns are proposed to consist of more centralized urban development, while some linear developments are common in smaller locations.
Transportation: High-end motorways, railways, waterways, and two airports (Woodstock and Amberton) are proposed for the region.
| History & culture | |
|---|---|
| A brief description of the intended culture and language |
English is the proposed primary language of the region. The culture will be reflective of real-life Southern-Ontario, with Middle-Eastern, Asian, African, and other cultures influencing smaller areas.

| To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful. | |
| The {{coord}}, {{node}}, {{relation}} or {{scalehelper}} templates can optionally be used to link to the OGF map - they result in nicely formatted links. Or you can paste in a URL. |

- I think you might be underestimating the size of the territory? It's about the size of Guatemala, use our scale helper to compare

osm. As such, your sketch is lacking detail. Will also need some natural mapping examples. Also, please do not base too much on the surrounding territory - much of it is a holdover, out of place with intended themes. Thanks/wangi (talk) 22:25, 4 June 2026 (UTC) - Best approach is probably a Beginner territory. This allows you to map out a good sized area in the theme you are aiming for, with the ability to move it to a full territory once you have a successful application. Let me know what you think. /wangi (talk) 10:42, 5 June 2026 (UTC)
- Those are fair points. Thanks for the advice! I'll take a look at the beginner territories and go from there! One question, though: do I need to create an entirely new territory request for a different territory? Or can I simply update the current one to reflect the attributes of that territory rather than the prior requested territory? Thanks/DJ-QDH (talk) 12:21, 5 June 2026 (UTC)
- Just note the ID here, that's all that's needed. /wangi (talk) 20:16, 5 June 2026 (UTC)

| Approved. Reminder that beginner territories are only for building up experience, they are not for long-term mapping. Thanks/wangi (talk) 19:33, 8 June 2026 (UTC) | |
