TA041 - Arboria

Arboria follows a similar topography to Demirhan Tarephian Khedivate, from the mountainous south border to the mostly flat seaside. The tallest mountain is right on the border with Demirhan Tarephian Khedivate with its peak at 2544m. From there, the mountains turn into rolling hills, covered with shrubs and bushes. The northern part is moslty covered by forrest and fertile land.
The climate is tropical and rather hot for most of the year.

Demography
Demographically, the two dominant ethnic groups are Ilimans and <<the people of Eden>>. The main language spoken is English. The total population is around 6,3 million, most of the people are centered in the bigger cities with smaller rural communities.
Economy
The economy is centered around mining, agriculture and manufacturing. Due to socio-economic changes the mining industry is experiencing a decline, mostly due to more regulations that are concerned with it.
Administartion
The country is devided into 3 autonomus provinces that are further divided into rayons, which are further divided into municipalities. Within every autonomous province the biggest city hold the status of a rayon and acts as the capital of the region.
Politics
The governent is mostly progressive, left leaning with a sizeable conservative, left leaning opposition.

An ex-colony, used mostly for in mineral reserves and manufacturing, fought for its independence and is currently under a leftist, still somewhat revolutionary mood. It is mostly internationally neutral and in the process of opening up its borders. The bigger cities were heavily influenced by colonialism, and the rural cities retained more traditional architecture. As of now it is undergoing modernisation in most sectors.
Culture
The nations culture is heavily influenced by Illman and foreign culture. The most followed religions are the traditional native ones, however atheism is very much prevalent with some 30% of the population being atheistic.
Currently a lot of focus is being put into modernisation and science with university centres getting a lot more funding than before.

The work in Zalivnia is much newer and better reflects my abilities, the other work is older and it was predominantly to test out everything.
