Mediterranean climate and coast, mountainous mid-interior separating coast from flatter interior beyond with some river valleys and expansive plains. Plains give way to scrub desert area along eastern border.

Arabic speaking territory, Shia muslim majority with many Sunni, Christian and Jewish enclaves, many small-to-medium-size cities along the coast and interior valleys, feeding into a single capital metropolis based on the Arab city I was working on in my beginner territory (BG29). Capital city and other cities will have much 19th- to turn-of-the-century-style Ottoman architecture (palaces, mosques, churches, souks, khans, forts, armouries, etc), held together by modern European-style road and rail infrastructure.

BG29. I previously applied for a territory to map a Polynesian type island idea, however the application was not well thought-out and did not conform with a properly available potential territory. i am no longer interested in this and rather would like to establish and expand on the Levantine type mapping I have been working on for much longer since starting my beginner territory.

- Dear Sortsdam, the mapping you have provided is simply put amazing, looks very precise and I admire your attention to detail. However, I will also require you to make some rural/natural mapping as well. For example a 10x10km area, roughly. This can include anything fitting for the territory you are requesting, whether it's patches of farmland, a desert area, etc. Likewise, I will require you to provide an image for the visual plan of the territory as well. - Thank you so much. I will need about a week at most to get the rural mapping done; would that work? Also, I am a little confused what you mean by an image for the visual plan... - Hey I have been a little swamped tbh with work and life in general... I was just wondering what's the minimum more I would need to do to begin mapping in this territory. I meant to get this application done a lot faster but unfortunately things didn't quite work out that way.
I know there is no deadline to complete the additional rural mapping, but I am just worried about losing my temporary practice territory as it is approaching the expiration/deletion date. I just want to ensure everybody that even if a little slow, I will be dedicated long-term to this territory.
Can anyone advise me on what would be the best/most realistic route to pursue from here?

- Hello, glad to have you back. Since you are worried about your mapping getting delete, how about we move your mapping to somewhere in UL02g, where I will designate you a probation area where you can safely practice your rural mapping. After you are satisfied with your work, I'll move on to approving the request finally, if you meet the requirements. Seeing your current mapping, I don't think there will be trouble with that. Thoughts?
