To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful
The {{coord}} template can optionally be used to link to the OGF map - it results in a nice formatted link. Or you can paste in a URL.

If my request is accepted, would it be possible to move what I did on BG23 to UL08g?

  • Hello, Bulest. Thank you for the application. Given that we're in the middle of holidays, please be patient with us as we get back to you. Do not be alarmed if it takes a week or two to get back to you, as Bixelkoven and I are both quite busy between now and the end of the first week of January. We will do our best to talk through it and give you feedback as soon as we can. I just wanted to give you a heads up. Thank you for your understanding. — Alessa (talk) 22:28, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
  • Nice to see that the empty territory between Plevia and Selonie-Flamain is getting a new candidate owner. The western provinces of Plevia have been mapped in a way that justifies a French neighbour, with place names and vibes close to the Cote d'Azur and Liguria. Also, mind that Temisa, with more than 3 Million inhabitants is the second city of Plevia, so if your capital is also going to have 2 million inhabitants, along the coast there will be a cross-border megalopolis (around 7 million people, I guess). --Izaland Terramorphing Committee (talk) 01:52, 30 December 2023 (UTC)

Mapping can still be improved, the potential is visible; more detailed urban and rural mapping required ⸺ Bixelkoven (talk) (West Uletha Admin) 16:44, 8 January 2024 (UTC)
Dear, Bulest. Your mapping in BG23 is solid, I can see you have good understanding of settlement placement and their layouts, as well as infrastructure, however Frandis doesn't really showcase a lot of historical French mapping and is suited more for a colonial French country, with grids taking up most of the city. Your towns and villages are fine, in comparison, but they also could be improved. Along with that, you have virtually no urban details in your cities and towns, as well as no detailed rural mapping (farms, orchards, hills, forests, etc.). Please consider detailing your cities with buildings and amenities. Likewise, 10 million people for a territory of that size (10 thousand km2) is a lot, reconsider the population in the future.
