A brief description of the intended culture and language

Tribes era:

Originally, these areas were inhabited by small groups of Ukry tribes. To this day, some smaller towns are recorded in the Kalmish language and the Ukry dialect. In the 7th century, the Kalmish arrived in this area and established one of their colonies.

Semanya occupation:

In 1180, the area was taken over by Semanya, and the occupation lasted until the 13th century, when Reelant took power in these lands. Oustan did not achieve full independence until the 17th century, when guerrilla forces staged a rebellion and overthrew the region's protectors. Fearing another loss of independence, the country began to arm itself heavily and closed itself off from the world.

Totalitarian rules era:

In the 18th century, the Oustan Liberation Army came to power, introducing the most closed and totalitarian rule. After many turbulent times, the country finally stabilized politically and economically in the 1970s. At that time, a program of rapid industrial development and social housing construction was launched. Cities were rebuilt in a new style, with few elements of older pre-war architecture. Industrial plants play an important role, thanks to which the railway network has developed significantly, facilitating the transport of people and goods within the country and driving development.

The thaw:

The country is open to trade with other countries, but it has a militarized border with Reelant (a remnant of its turbulent history), which does not mean that it must remain so forever. The country is also developing socially and culturally, opening up to the world. Many social and welfare solutions are well developed, guaranteeing a good quality of life.
