Overview
History
Since the Middle Ages, cooperation has existed in the Hetzer area. From the Xth century, the Belt trade system originating in Kalm connected coastal towns and cities on the southern shores of the Morcanol Bay and Firth of Hetzer.
A political alliance between the two largest Lentian-speaking countries, Atresia and Lentia, had existed since the 1840s. From the 1880s onwards, Sonnenburg expressed interest in joining as well. This led to negotiations between the three states, ultimately resulting in the formal establishment of the Hetzer Union on January 1st, 1895.
Somewhere after 1910, a unified Utterland applied to join the Union, and was accepted in 19XX.
In the twentieth century, Hemstein joined as the Hetzer Union's fifth member.
In 1932, Iniscaol joined as the Hetzer Union's sixth member.
