| The Territory ID (from OpenGeofiction:Territories, e.g. AR123a) and proposed name of the country |
AR913 is the currently inactive territory of Grinzez, which I intend to reapply under the same name and concept. I've had to deal with numerous commitments through university for the past few years which explains my inactivity. Thankfully, with some motivation from the region's activity and collaborators, I have determined I am ready to resume my work.

This has been established and will largely follow prior work in the region. The mountainous areas on either side of the country are not expected to change.

| A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
Grinzez has a population of 40-50 million. Its economy is based mainly on agriculture, science and technology, and maritime trade. Economic disparity is rather low. The territory is mostly urban, but natural landscapes dominate most of the inland regions. Three municipality-level cities, including the capital Pyapyor (piap-yor), contain the densest areas, while numerous smaller towns span the rest of the country.
The more extensively mapped regions will aim to highlight Grinzez's present life as a place to experience its diverse cultures, leisurely activities and frontiers of economic development. If you've spent most of your time living in a homogeneous city and always feel like exploring 'same same but different' places, you'll get what I mean. This means major economic centres in Asia are expected to play a RW influence.

| A brief description of the intended culture and language |
Grinzez's culture will be predominantly Austroasiatic. Users with experience in the Indochina region are welcome to reach out to make suggestions for this culture! The regional influences of Huaxia and AR922/AR923 will remain, and discussions on integrating its history with these neighbours will be undertaken in due course.
Grinzez will retain its native conlang which has been extensively developed since I first worked on the territory. I'm looking to overhaul the region's names to reflect the state of the language better, and to replace some English in labels where appropriate.

Grinzez's mapping will focus on dense urban development, smaller towns and cities, and revitalised rural areas. Natural mapping is planned to be reworked on from what currently exists.
To help with developing the territory, here are some rough categories of mapping that will be worked on:
| Phase I | Focus on emulating RW places, sometimes wondering what if they had spruced-up transport links, TODs, etc. Also start conceptualizing new economic regions. Some swathes of farmland will also be built up. | |
| Phase IIa | Dense development in the large cities, outlining the rough city-level subdivisions and their urban form. | |
| Phase IIb | Natural mapping consisting of reworked drainage systems and more realistic transport infrastructure. | |
| Phase III | More Suburban and small-town mapping typical of leisure-driven places and detailed city mapping. |
