The Union économique d'Ambroisie et de la Lutécie (UEAL) or the Economic Union of Ambrosia and Lutécie (Ingerish) is a intergovernmental economic union between the neighbouring countries of Lutécia and Ambrosia on the Astrasian subcontinent.
Flag
The flag and seal of UEAL is centered around a 21-point radial burst and the star that features upon the Ambrosian flag. The 21-point burst is representative of the 21 departments and provinces of Lutécia (11 departments) and Ambrosia (10 provinces).
History
Policies
The UEAL and its founding charter (Léonville Accords) aim to develop the close relations and activities of Lutécia and Ambrosia. The union allows for near-open borders between the countries, with land borders being as simple as driving through (with an automated license-plate camera tracking system). Citizens of both countries have increased shared freedoms, such as being able to work in either country.
An example of the unrestricted border crossings include the crossing near Caveábois, OH in Lutécia. Another includes the major M1 crossing between Intvilliers and Bonport.
