青州特别道∈⊾（范围见右）是华夏合作区内指定的「内部蓝区」，其中包含溧海省、灵水路、良山特别路3个一级行政区，其中第一个占据了全道大部分区域。除良山（红色标记）暂不开放绘制以外，其余与OpenGeofiction中的其他蓝区一样，欢迎所有用户在该区域进行编辑，但是为了协调华夏全国性的规划，部分内容的绘制受限（主要是跨区域交通方面）。	Aosu Special Circuit∈⊾ (ASC, marked in blue) is an internal blue territory within Huaxia Collaboration, including 3 first level administration divisions, that are Lihai Province, Lingshui Path, and Liangshan Special Path. Except Liangshan is not available for mapping for now (marked in red), other area of ASC welcomes everyone to edit. But to avoid conflicting with Huaxia's national-wide plan, part of feature mapping is limited (mainly in cross-regional transportation filed). 绘图指南 / Mapping Guide
一条强制的规则是「必须使用汉语绘制」。	Firstly, mapping must be in Chinese language. This is mandatory. If you're not familiar with Chinese, please do not leave any English name in the name tag. Use name:en alternatively. For place nodes, leave "未命名" in the name and we will fill the name according to the English name you leave regularly.
绘制受限的内容如下：	Following are the limited mapping features:

标记为「通知需要」的对象在您绘制后需要通知快乐的老鼠宝宝或NM$l（只是通知）。	Objects labeled "notification needed" means you need to inform 快乐的老鼠宝宝 (Laoshu Baby) or NM$l after mapping (just inform).

此外，您不能： 修改特别道或下辖省路的边界； 修改特别道或下辖省路的道治或省会。	Except below limitations, you cannot: Modify the boundary of ASC or provinces/paths under ASC; Change the administration center of ASC or provinces/paths under ASC.
请注意，蓝区内的内容不受保护，随时可能被他人（或华夏成员）更改或清除。如果您是新手，对华夏合作项目感兴趣，我们推荐您将青州特别道作为您在华夏绘图的起点，并在此练习一段时间后正式加入我们，我们可以协助您移动您的绘图至您的「新家」。	Please note that contents in the blue territory is not protected, which could be changed or deleted by other mapper (including Huaxia members) at anytime. If you are newcomers in OGF and interested in Huaxia project, we recommend you consider ASC as your start point in Huaxia. You could join us officially after you practice in ASC for some time. We would glad to help you move your mapping to the "new home" in other area of Huaxia.
