Generally flat, with some hilly areas, but no mountains. Near the western border, the land creeps up some but otherwise the most notable features are the two coastal uplift chains. I plan the area to be very agricultural although some, now mostly abandoned, large-scale industrial locations also exist. I believe most forests have been replaced over history with agricultural lands. As the weather here is warmer than in the southern, current portion of Armitania, I believe in addition to the usual crops, fruit plantations could be more common here. Hydrologically, I believe this area to be similar to the rest of the country, in that a large man-made irrigation network more or less controls the flows of water unnaturally. Also, along the border of the current territory and the expansion there are large swamps and mangrove forests. The climate, as with the rest of the territory, would be predominantly Cfa, with the highest hills reaching Cfb climate.

Unlike the delta and bay areas of the current Armitania, I believe there aren't any similarly large population clusters, instead in the large fluvial valley there would be a network of agricultural towns and industrial cities spread evenly as there aren't too many factors forcing people to pack around in one area. But even here as in the south the densest areas would be along the coast in protected harbors and along the major river that runs through the center of the plain. The least densely populated areas would be the hills and the swamps. The population is quite dense because I believe Armitania profits from good sediments, good weather and good access to water with a modern industrialised food industry.
(Very Rough) Population Density Map:

| A brief description of the intended culture and language |
Original history:
The history of Armitania is marked by the migration of Shan people into the fertile flatlands where the native Armitanians were living. Centuries of conflict raged between the people. However, over the last two thousand years, the groups started to mix and assimilate, creating a homogeneous language and cultural mix. The culture of the native people was based on farming, while the migrants had a nomadic lifestyle. In the mountains of the Southwest, the area is still inhabited by the descendants of the Shan migrants. The far islands to the east also have an autonomous government and culture, populated by Austrolasians.
Rough Timeline:
Humans settle the area=X BCE
Mountain invaders come into the flatlands=2000 BCE
The historical Kingdom is founded as a means of protection from the invaders=1800 BCE
Peace is slowly made=1500-500 BCE
History as a medium-sized kingdom in the area=500BCE-1791 CE
Grand Revolution=1791 CE
Colonial Endeavours(only reach those two islands)=1800s
Industrialisation=1800s
Modern State after the Great War= 1960s-Now
History of this area specifically:
As this area is further away from the mountains, I believe the people here have retained few more of the classical Armitanian beliefs and practices, so possibly from a religious sense there are different denominations. But I wouldn't go as far as to say the culture and people would be drastically different from the rest of Armitania. More local and detailed history should also be added in the future in the wiki page once the mapping is solid enough.
