The Territory ID (from OpenGeofiction:Territories, e.g. AR123a) and proposed name of the country |

An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. It is advised to also create a sketch, you can add a link to this (hosted on imgur or similar) |
The physical geography of Kuhukli Paka consists of many islands along the entirety of the coast and multiple valleys extending inward. In the northwest, is Elik Volcano which is the highest peak. Along the western side of the country is a fault line which is what leads to its volcanic nature. Due to comparatively warm ocean currents from the Southern Tropics, summers are mild and winters are cool. Rainy days are not uncommon. Deciduous, mostly beech forests are native. In the higher elevations up the mountains pine trees can be seen. The landscape is extremely natural as agriculture is situated close to urban cores.

A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
Kuhukli Paka's coastline is home to the majority of the population. Between the islands and mainland, Cahook culture (this term is common in Ingerish literature) is dominant in this region. These areas are extremely dense in population which allows for agricultural proximity.

A brief description of the intended culture and language |
Historically, the sea and islands along Kuhukli Paka's coastline was the center of life for the Cahook. The Huipuia Oe language is the language most commonly used today. Border communities have significant rates of bilingualism with the neighboring speech community.

Culturally, conservative Cahook are naturists. This expresses itself in a variety of ways. This includes but is not limited to veganism, mask wearing (to protect microorganisms and bugs) and ribbons. Ribbons are a common reminder for the Cahook of the concept of amao which translates to 'air' or 'spirit' and is central to Cahook ideology. Ribbons adorn traditional clothing and are incorporated into architecture.
As a Hardan culture, the Cahook's prehistory begins with archeological evidence dating back 5,000 years ago. Throughout the millennia, the Cahook's influence and ideology spread along the waterways of the country. Very few rivers extend deep into Kuhukli Paka that are navigable by larger vessels so expansion into the interior was never permanent and centered around deer hunting which as a result of being meat-eaters were the social outcasts of society. As a result, they weren't offered a comfortable life by the coast, by the farmers. When the global markets were expanding in the 17th and 18th century, this situation changed. Kuhukli Paka began to be valued for its natural resources, such as lumber and hunting prospects, internationally. Capitalists allied with hunters began their tyranny of the coastal conservative Cahook. This lasted for three centuries. This period was characterized by strangling traditional Cahook out of their way of life and into a global economy by sabotaging boats and disproportionately utilizing agricultural yields to feed livestock. With international capital being on the side of the hunters, the fight was not equal. Traditional coastal cities still had traditional ways of life including self sufficient local-economies, communal agriculture and communal housing. At the beginning of the 20th century, passenger and goods transportation was predominantly nautical in nature. However, this time period began the expansion of infrastructure in order to supply the growing demand for products. Rail sliced up the country and opened up the interior valleys. Passengers were now able to settle along rail lines. The rail companies headed internationally were able to capture high profits off the Cahook who most had little to no money so settling somewhere was often a one way ticket elsewhere with false promises of a better life. Realizing the life these railways wanted to establish was unlike what the Cahook were used to in traditional settlements. The tail end of the 19th century saw cities grow into dense urban areas made primarily of brick. Agriculture still had a strong foothold, even in urban environments. 1925 began the Iakaki Liu 'Arrival of the Disagreement.' Cahook people striked against the railway companies for high prices, increasing meat and lumber production and exported urban planning in the hinterlands that did not mirror traditional Cahook reverence for nature. As the economy faltered, so too did international investment in Kuhukli Paka. Its economy was extremely reliant on outside sources of currency. For decades, resource extraction operations have been damaged, stalled, bureaucritized and demonized by popular Cahook culture. Unions took over operations and their services were improved. Condemned by most other countries due to the conflict, Kuhukli Paka has remained an economic backwater.
Kuhukli Paka garnered international attention as a tourist destination during the 90s, with common sites being the traditional architecture of the largest cities, rolling green hills and the hot springs of Elik Volcano. Of course, Cahook tourism exposes an international audience to traditional ways of life that are still maintained to this day.

Discussion for clarification & decision |
Hi Ethanxman,
Thank you for this very detailed request and for the link to your previous mapping. Just a few remarks:
- Physical geography:
- For "exact" elevation along the borders, please contact your neighbours (all 3 territories are already owned) to check whether your plan needs adjustments.
- For land area calculation, the relation is this one.
- Human geography:
- AN150b has a complex enclave-exclave area with Gryse̊-Tyranykě Kaminšavaly left by a previous owner. It's up to you to to discuss its fate with your neighbour: keep, remove or modify.
- For population density, I roughly calculated 1,430 hab/km2 (or 3,195 hab/sq. mi.) for the 130km/80mi-long coastal area (between Malta and Bahrain or close to that of the Province of South Holland in the Netherlands). The 6 millions projected to inhabit the area would probably occupy most of the coastal lowlands depending on how dense you imagine your cities.
- History & culture:
- While building up AN150b historical and cultural background, please pay attention to key OGF framework elements such as OpenGeofiction:Verisimilitude. For example: "naturism". I'm not entirely convinced Humans can survive 45°S winters naked outside, maybe this needs some adjustments. If you meant Naturalism, I'm unfamiliar with the philosophy and leave it you to consider. Same goes for veganism. Without any ethical judgment, veganism or even vegetarianism, as a permanent way of living, were historically pretty rare in colder climates. That being said, it doesn't forbid more recent developments.
- On writing your future wiki articles, please avoid figures of speech such as rhetorical accumulation in the main body. Instead use more neutral wording as much similar as possible to the real world Wikipedia articles. --Aiki (talk) 20:28, 20 June 2022 (UTC)
