	Physical geography

A hilly, mostly green but diverse country, with a modest amount of mountains and water resources, the far east is desertic, depending fully on a intermitent river which sometimes collapses, while the inland is very fertile and hilly, the rest of the coast is fairly fertile while being more plain, the southern part of the coast is a little bit hillier and greener; rivers cross some mountain ranges, making many types of small ecosystems; the north border with an143 and an137g has the highest range in the country, with peaks reaching over the 5000m, the biggest island is currently the driest area in the nation, with only some bushes surviving their harsh dryness.

The nation is a middle class industrialized country, it is divided on "Departments", their main economic activities rely on mining, agriculture, and most important, manufacture; The nation has a central american vibe with a focus on railways rather than highways; land is mostly occupied by local farmers and national parks accounts for a significant part of the nation; metros are uncommon in cities, with railways rather being on the surface, and houses do not get higher than 10 floors in average, with only a port city having a proper skyline

	History & culture
	A brief description of the intended culture and language

Colonized by some "european nation", Verun sucessfully balanced its power between natives and colonizers, leading to a mostly racially tolerant country, first being habitated by natives, mostly on inland, were prosperous enough to make the colonizers not take over them; during the first 200 years of colonization, both areas developed very differently, until the first coast-inland railway transformed the nation and integrated the population, followed by the finding of minerals all around the nation; lead to it to become industrialized; however, some areas (such as the desertic west and some cities in the extreme north) are victims of high crime rates, along with big cities being known for high levels of stress; people in verun are objective-oriented and will usually only like small talk if its funny; this is true for all of the nation except the desertic far east, which is known for having a more social and hierarchical structure; most of the nation favorite sports is basketball, followed by tennis, however, the far west has overwhelmingly preffered soccer, favorites genrest on most the nation embark trap, pop and heavy metal, except the far west, which mostly likes hip hop and punk; in fact, the far west is so culturally, economically and intellectually different that most of the nation does not even consider the far west as part of the nation

• You are currently mapping in UL03q^∈⊾ which is available but not owned by you. Please refer to Getting started and FAQ articles, and refrain from mapping there.
• Please refer to Territory application article for information regarding conditions to request territories on OGF continents, including beginner territories. Some of these continents have a dedicated page of which you will find the the link in the same article.
• AN139 being the size of California, I'm unsure it suits a user who maps infrequently with months-long pauses between few edits.
