BG24 - Lugia

The Polish dream.

Physical geography
An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. With the exception of Beginner territories, you should always create a sketch map to illustrate & explain your plans. You can add a link to this (hosted on imgBB, Postimages or similar, but not imgur.com)

South and east:

Mostly long, flat meadows and pastures with rivers and small hills.

Sometimes there are forests and swamps.

Picturesque villages and a handful of smaller towns.

You can find clean lakes among the forests.

North and west:

Lots more forests and hills.

Twisting streams cover tree-lined tops.

Less agricultural crops, but more industry and human settlements.

Human geography
A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style

The rural areas won't be that much rich, but overall the country would not be in poverty, as the state still would have money for large investments.

The capital would be Nowogród Królewski, a boomin' city of around 400k people. It locates near the east coast, with a huge sea industry.

Most of the industries in the country would be agriculture and fishing.

The state will be very much inspired by Poland (of course 😉)

History & culture
A brief description of the intended culture and language

The area would first be settled in the III century by the Vargan people. They built some settlements near the coast and settled with farming and fishing.

They stayed there, and started exploring the forests. Some of them traveled to the north and west, and built settlements there.

The country grew and grew, until it is like it's now.

Past mapping
To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful.
The {{coord}}, {{node}}, {{relation}} or {{scalehelper}} templates can optionally be used to link to the OGF map - they result in nicely formatted links. Or you can paste in a URL.

I have added a link to my town: (Done with a little collaboration with user @morissa14)
