Pugall is a harbour town at the south end of the eastcoast of Latina with 515 745 inhabitants (zensus 2011). The town was founded 1629. The town is the capital of the province Monte Golario.

The name means in the indigen language "going elephant" - and that shows the flag.

Transportation

Pugalla has an national airport. Motorway # 8 from Latina (Cidudad) leads to the city. Motorway # 21 is the road to Porto Colon, but is ready only in parts. Pugall is served from the primary-routes ## 32 to Scippo and 90 to Porto Colon.

In Pugall the railway hi-speed-line # 8 (AVE) from Latina to Slovech crossed the border to Gran Lusland..
