Space Exploration Coordinating Agency
The Space Exploration Coordinating Agency / Agencia Coordinadora de Exporación Espacial (SECA / ACEE) is an international organization that provides an umbrella for international collaborative space agencies. Established in 2003 and based out of Quentinsburgh, Freedemia, the SECA largely helps coordinate international space endeavors, research, etc, giving nations that wouldn't normally have the capacity for a large space agency an opportunity and working towards innovation, space technology, and new scientific discovery.
Most of the members already existed long before the creation of SECA, but achieved little due to limited funding and resources. SECA was formed to bring together other countries with space exploration agencies so that more could be achieved.
Any organization with contributions in research, manufacturing, astronauts etc. can participate.
