Balonis City (Castellanese: Ciudad de Balonis) is the largest city and capital of Balonis. The city is located in the northeast of Balonis.
Balonis City was the first explored part of Balonis. It was explored by the Castellanese.

Christicism is the most practiced religion in Balonis City, 60% of the population is Christic, made up of 29% Ortholicism, 25% Protestantism, 2% Ekelanism and 4% other Christics. Furthermore is 26% not religous, 6% Sunnic, 3% Hebralic, 2% Gautamic and 3% practices another religion.
Balonis City is host of several professional sports clubs and (both national and international) sporting competitions. It is home to the headquarters of the Federación Balonésa de Baloncesto, Asociación Nacional de Fútbol, Federación Nacional de Béisbol, ABCA and OGFIA, the international motor sports governing body.
Balonis City has a rich history in soccer. At the peak, from 1987 until 1992, there were 5 Liga Balonésa de Primera (LBP)-clubs located in the city. Currently, the city has three LBP-clubs, namely FC Ciudad, Marino Nacionales and Ciudad de Balonis Combatientes. FC Ciudad is the most successful club in the LBP, winning 39 titles since its inception in 1920. The last chamionship was in 2012.
In baseball, Balonis City is represented by the Ciudad de Balonis Combatientes and CBCB in the Primera División de Béisbol. The Segunda Liga de Béisbol team Ciudad de Balonis Atletas have seen good results in the past, winning the 1960, 1961, 1962, 1965, 1968, 1969, 1974, 1975, 1978, 1979, 1981, 1984 and 1986 editions of the Campeonato Nacional de Béisbol, which gives them, with 13 championships, the third place in the most successful PDB clubs ranking. The Ciudad de Balonis Combatientes earn the fourth place in this ranking, with 10 championships.
