The Tarephia Cooperation Council (TCC) (Castellanese: Consejo de Cooperación de Tarefia; Franquese: Conseil de Coopération de la Taréphie; Florescentian: Conselho de Cooperação da Taréfia; Babelic: 踏热洲国家合作委员会;) is a political and economic union of member states on the continent of Tarephia. The TCC aims to facilitate free trade and to facilitate freedom of movement of people, goods, and ideas between its member states. Although membership is open to all Tarephian states,  most members are located in southern Tarephia. The TCC is considered by many to be a global powerhouse and the central union for cooperation in the Tarephias.
Overview
To achieve its purpose, the TCC has several missions:
*To represent Tarephia before the Assembly of Nations (AN) as an observer party,
*To grant citizens of its member state the privilege of visa-free travel,
*To use a common currency (the Tare) among member states (member states may choose if and how to peg their own currencies to the Tare), and
*To fund academic research and other initiatives in a variety of fields (e.g., science (Cabelia), space (Vodeo)).
*To improve the quality of life for all citizens of member states.

The Antarephian Coalition (AC) is a political and economic union of 17 states in the continent of Antarephia. It was established in 1964 with the economic union of the Grisean-Thirranic Commonwealth & Kofuku to promote continental unity after the Great War. Over the years more countries have joined the union. The AC promotes the economic, political, and cultural shares of the entirety of the Antarephian continent.
The TCC meets annually (as the Council of States) at the headquarters in ---- to measure progress towards existing initiatives and to plan new initiatives.

Traveling: Passport controls have been abolished for travel within the SAU members. This means that when traveling by land AC citizens do not have to carry their passports. When traveling by air or boat between two member states, they also don’t need the passport, but they do need their Identification Card. Border controls are also not necessary in this union. There are some borders that don’t respect this, for example the Bromley-Layr border.
History
On 20 July 1984, the founding members of the Tarephia Cooperation Council signed the Treaty of Lyonesse-Francès. The signatories were:

Foreign Relations
AC Universal Healthcare System (ACUHS)
The Tarephia Cooperation Council maintains observer status at the Assembly of Nations. The council also sends diplomatic missions to various countries around the world.

The Antarapehian Coalition Universal Healthcare System (known as ACUHS) is the union’s institution in charge of providing free healthcare to all humans inside the AC (no matter if they are citizens of the union or not).

Location: The headquarters of the ACUHS is located in Bako-Huz, exactly in the Sentrum Square. In the corner of Kofuku Avenue and the Diagonal Avenue. Those are the coordinates: South 50.13337 — West 73.04131.
Economy
Regulations: The system has some regulations for the healthcare systems of all union countries. First one is to have 3 or more hospital beds per 1000 inhabitants of a country. This means for example that if a country has 1 million inhabitants they should have 3000 hospital beds (approximately 3 hospitals). The next regulation is that all countries must give free access to a patient no matter the nationality or wealth. Also hospitals must give coverage to all the land area of their country. If an area is too mountainous or with population very spread, the closest hospital must have some kind of special method to get there faster (helicopters, planes…)
Currency
Programs: The ACUHS hosts a lot of programs to improve the healthcare service inside and outside the AC. Many poor countries outside the AC get helped by the ACUHS. Right now the institution has over 100 humanitarian aid hospitals around the world.
The Tarephia Cooperation Council introduced a currency called Tare upon inception in 1984. The currency is used in some of the member states. It eases the process of money exchange and financial exchanges. The Tarephian Central Bank, which manages the Tare, is located in Hexagonia City, Tigeria.

AC Council
Etymology
The AC Council is the headquarters of the Antarephian Coalition and is located in Aragansa, GTK. It takes after a standard parliamentary layout and each nation has an equal balance of representatives to population (for example the Commonwealth's balance is 21 representatives to 6.5 million people).

AC Court of Justice
The Tare has its roots in Tigeria and Kotel. The two countries were using ※ as the symbol for the Tare before it was introduced in the TCC. The symbol is derived from the character for rice (米), from the days when many Tigerines and Koteliers paid their daily wages in rice. The symbol was simplified when the currency got introduced and was taken over by the TCC.
The AC Court of Justice is the judicial system of the AC. Modeled after the Kofuken judicial system, it receives cases that nations have deemed important enough to warrant oversight by an international court. The COJ is located in the Greater Nimāríýă Metropolitan Areain GTK.

AC Central Bank
List of countries with the Tare as an official currency:
The AC Central Bank is one of the most fragile but important institutions of the union. It’s in charge of many things but the most important ones are: 1st to manage the Antari currency (main currency of the union) and 2nd to ensure a stable economy in all of the union’s countries and the union economy itself.

Headquarters: Like the ACUHS, the AC Central Bank Headquarters are located in Bako-Huz, capital city of Kofuku.

Science
Science is one of the main focuses of the TCC, and there are multiple major institutions devoted to science research in the council. The TCC also funds a wide network of think tanks and university programs through the Science Outreach Fund and the Center for Tarephian Science.

Cabelia (More specifically the city of Port-Ouillon) is a scientific hub in the TCC; hosting many TCC-funded facilities for scientific research in many fields. Scientists from all around the TCC, because of the freedom of movement and the many facilities there, funded by the TCC and the Government of Cabelia, have concentrated in Cabelia over the past decades. This concentration of scientists allows for the community to communicate much more efficiently, and thus, get more work done. ---- and ---- are also major scientific centers for the TCC, by virtue of their large cities and substantial economies.

Toll Roads (Payment Roads) Regulations
Agriculture
Each country decides where to place a toll road, but the price must be inside a requirement. The basic requirement is that the toll road must charge the costumer approximately the same amount or less than $0.05 per each kilometre saved + 0.05 per each minute saved. For example, if a route is 200km and 2h long without toll and 100km and 1h long with toll, it would be km (0.05 x 100) + min (0.05 x 60) = Total 5+3 = $7.

 • To represent Tarephia before the Assembly of Nations (AN) as an observer party,
 • To grant citizens of its member state the privilege of visa-free travel,
 • To use a common currency (the Tare) among member states (member states may choose if and how to peg their own currencies to the Tare), and
 • To fund academic research and other initiatives in a variety of fields (e.g., science (Cabelia), space (Vodeo)).
 • To improve the quality of life for all citizens of member states.

The TCC meets annually (as the Council of States) at the headquarters in ---- to measure progress towards existing initiatives and to plan new initiatives.

History

On 20 July 1984, the founding members of the Tarephia Cooperation Council signed the Treaty of Lyonesse-Francès. The signatories were:

The Scientific Council would advise the TCC Leaders to do specific things in relation to environment, space, and other scientific issues. The council does not have authority to lobby the TCC or its Constituent Nations' leaderships, although they are allowed to host public campaigns. [3]

Foreign Relations

The Tarephia Cooperation Council maintains observer status at the Assembly of Nations. The council also sends diplomatic missions to various countries around the world.

Economy

Currency

The Tarephia Cooperation Council introduced a currency called Tare upon inception in 1984. The currency is used in some of the member states. It eases the process of money exchange and financial exchanges. The Tarephian Central Bank, which manages the Tare, is located in Hexagonia City, Tigeria.

Etymology

The Tare has its roots in Tigeria and Kotel. The two countries were using ※ as the symbol for the Tare before it was introduced in the TCC. The symbol is derived from the character for rice (米), from the days when many Tigerines and Koteliers paid their daily wages in rice. The symbol was simplified when the currency got introduced and was taken over by the TCC.

 1. It is not the primary currency, but it is accepted in banks, hotels, or anything that costs more. Any bank will change Pesos and Tares, and if people want to save money, they do it in Tares, because of Inflation.
 2. Freedemia uses the Freedemian freedin as the primary official currency, but has pegged it to the Tare for easy use and conversion (1 Freedin = 1.10 Tare) and recognizes the two currencies equally. Any bank will change between the two, as do many ATMs.
